Great Debate

On September 1, 2009, Emily and Phuc will be debating the following statement:

Given the digitally saturated lives of young people today, schools would serve them best by becoming digital free zones of learning, working explicitly to counterbalance the effects of such an upbringing.

They will be debating from the opposite extremes of the debate.  However, there is a lot of middle ground, opportunities for integrating more technology while still preserving treasured teaching methods.  As you listen to the debate, think about where you fall on the continuum of technology integration.  Have you always felt this way?  Do you aspire to change your approach at all?
